GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

We ship via UPS to Canada, the US, and most international countries. Shipping fees will be automatically applied based on the location of the recipient and shipping service specified at checkout. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please contact hello@high-society.com once your order has been placed.
